You arrive with one project that has been sitting half finished for months. You leave with it done.
Monday arrival to Saturday departure, 2 to 5 founders. Built for neurodivergent founders, and for anyone who finishes better in a room with other people.
The weeks
- 26 to 31 October 2026
- 16 to 21 November 2026
- 7 to 12 December 2026
A week runs with 2 founders booked and takes 5 at most. Whether a week runs is decided 14 days before arrival.
What happens
- Day one you name one Primary Project. That is the thing you leave with finished.
- Mornings are Completion Labs: you work side by side with the other founders, not alone at a desk.
- Afternoons are yours. Pool, beach, quiet, a nap. Nothing is scheduled over them.
- One 60 minute session with Jill during the week.
- Meals on the residency rhythm, so food is one less decision.
Donna access is included with your stay.

How booking works
- 1. Pay the $500 deposit. That holds your place.
- 2. Book a call, so we can check the week is the right one for your project.
- 3. The balance is invoiced after that call and is due 14 days before you arrive.
The deposit terms
- You get the whole deposit back if the week does not run.
- You get the whole deposit back if you cancel 14 or more days before arrival.
- Inside 14 days the deposit moves to a later week instead of being refunded.
- The balance is due 14 days before arrival.
